I have never seen such a bad handling of an update. You've locked out several users from the arenas without any explanation of what is going on and what you want to do. I have just paid almost 40 dollars for a package which included 1.5 Million buks and now they are worthless.I will also request a refund.

Being someone who has worked as a QA for last 7 years never ever saw a more horrible update of a game. Don't you guys have a test environment?
The the arrogance to say this might not be a bug and part of some crazy business requirement is appalling. What kind of Business requirement will block a user from playing the game itself?
After spending loads of cash and hours and hours playing this game this is absolutely unacceptable. Fix the game soon or I will be uninstalling.

I agree with mist comments . How come we pay money and then for more than 3 weeks they testing live by blocking Arenas !!! And why my other friends have open arenas ??? It’s not fair !!
the most ridiculous test, I've ever seen in a app-in-purchase application. Most users will give up soon.
And the audacity to say that this might not be a bug and some creative masterpiece is a joke. Not sure why I wasted hours and months of my time on this game when it had to stop suddenly when I was around 3000 games. Never been so frustrated with a game till now.
Either confirm that you are going to fix the bug or confirm that this cannot be reverted and I will uninstall this joke of an app.

All the arenas are blocked!!! i have played more than 4000 matches, do you know how much time i have been playing to this game??? Why you change it??

Hi, I have already written to you before asking to be exempted from these "live tests" your answer was that this is not possible and that it would have been a temporary test. This update has been going on for a long time and it's horrible and frankly I'm sorry I spent a lot of money here. You can not or do not want to exempt me from the live test, at least tell me when this test will end and the game will return to be the first one that made me fall in love with it. Thank you.
