Users can submit a request using the support form to have their data deleted at any time, advising their User ID and/or Device ID. Responses to requests are usually made within 24 hours, with data deleted within 24 hours after that. This will be confirmed in an email back to you. Users will be asked to delete any of our games from their devices.
Users should understand that if they commence playing our games again, data will be processed again from that point onwards.
