To help us do this there are a few important but common-sense house rules that we ask all members to follow:
- Keep the language clean. Do not swear or use offensive material.
- Be nice to each other. We won’t tolerate abusive language or personal attacks towards other members, our moderators or to First Touch Games.
- Please stay on topic. Don’t derail topics, do not spam and do not troll.
- Don’t post things that infringe other people’s intellectual property rights or other rights such as privacy, publicity, personal data rights, or any contractual right.
- Be non-commercial. Don’t advertise things for the benefit of your personal commercial gain without our permission.
- Be honest. Do not give the impression that First Touch endorses your content.
- Don’t break any laws applicable to you, First Touch Games or our users.
- Do report any posts or members who breach these rules.

When using the Support Centre you are expected to comply with the House Rules and Terms and Conditions and we may, in addition to any other legal right or remedy, remove or block, as we consider necessary, any Posts or members that contravene the House Rules or the Terms and Conditions.

Terms of Service and User Content Policy.
First Touch Games Limited (“First Touch”) provides and maintains this online support service (“Support Service“) subject to the House Rules and the following terms (collectively the “Terms”):
The Support Service is for your personal, non-commercial use only, on an “as is” basis and all use must be in accordance with these Terms.
The Support Service is run for the purpose of supporting and maintaining games published by First Touch. Ancillary to that it is engaged in the transmission, storage, retrieval,
hosting, formatting or translation of your and other third party content, information and / or communications (“User Content”) without selection or alteration of the content of the communication for which it is an inactive host or mere conduit.
In connection with the use of the Support Service ONLY and subject to the terms of these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license and right to use the Support Service to post, transmit, communicate and to make available User Content.
When you post, transmit, communicate or make available any User Content you hereby grant to First Touch an unrestricted, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and licence to use and make available any such User Content in any manner or media.
You agree and accept that First Touch has no responsibility to review any User Content all of which is made available on the basis that First Touch shall not be required to exercise any control or judgement of the content or the material posted or contained therein.
The views expressed in any User Content are the views of the individual authors and not those of First Touch unless specified otherwise by First Touch. In particular but without
limitation to the above First Touch is not responsible for and disclaims all liability in respect of any comments, views or remarks expressed in any User Content.
First Touch gives no warranty and makes no representation as to the accuracy, currency or validity of the information and material contained within the User Content or the Support Service and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused as a result of any use of such information or material.
You agree and undertake that you will not post, communicate, transmit or make available to or through the Support Service any User Content, statement, material, communication or content that:
is unlawful or which gives rise to civil or criminal liability;
infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party;
assists piracy including any requests for CD keys or pirated software;
is technically harmful such as computer viruses, worms, logic bombs or other malicious software or harmful data;
is abusive, seditious, sexist, pornographic, homophobic, defamatory, libellous, discriminatory, obscene or racist;
harasses any person, is inappropriate or otherwise considered to be objectionable by First Touch;
may be deemed a marketing or commercial communication or promotes the products or services of any person other than First Touch;
promotes any illegal or unlawful activity including but not limited to solicitation, gambling or the sale of prescription medicines;
is aimed at persons under the age of 16 or which seeks or attempts to make any arrangement to meet a person under the age of 16;
contains any restricted material, including but not limited to passwords, medical information or confidential information of any person; or
solicits, invites, encourages, advocates, incites or provokes any or all of the foregoing.
You further agree that in any activity undertaken following use of and related to your use of the Support Service you will not in any way conduct yourself in a manner which is unlawful or which gives rise to civil or criminal liability or which might call into disrepute the Support Service, First Touch or any of its games.
You also warrant and represent to First Touch that you are entitled to post, transmit, communicate or make available that User Content and that First Touch may use and make available any such User Content in any manner or media. Please respect other people's intellectual property.
You further indemnify First Touch in connection with any claims, costs or losses resulting from your breach or non-compliance with these Terms. This means you will be responsible for any loss or damage First Touch suffers as a result of a breach of these Terms by you.
If you discover User Content which you believe contravenes these Terms please notify First Touch at the address stated below with details of the page you found it on.
To use the Support Service you must be 13 years old or older, or else have your parent’s or guardian’s explicit consent to do so on these Terms. By using the Support Service you therefore confirm that you are 13 years old or older, or else have your parent’s or guardian’s consent (in which case your parent or guardian has read and agreed to these Terms).
First Touch shall be entitled to remove, restrict, suspend or alter any user account and / or any User Content (and the ability to share or create User Content) for any reason in its sole and absolute discretion including because the User Content might be unacceptable as described in these Terms.
You may not copy, download, or embed any User Content without the express written permission of the content owner. You may not use any User Content for any commercial purposes, or any public performances.
We reserve the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any User Content posted by you constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
Please note that we only provide the Support Service for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Support Service for any commercial or business purposes and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, First Touch gives no warranty in connection with the Support Service and excludes liability for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to First Touch and First Touch shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation, including without limitation all liability in relation to:
the availability of the Support Service;
any incorrect or inaccurate information on the Support Service and all errors, interruptions to or delays in updating the Support Service;
the infringement by any person of any Intellectual Property Rights of any third party caused by their use of the Support Service;
any amount or kind of loss or damage due to viruses or other malicious software that may infect a user's computer equipment, software, data or other property caused by persons accessing, using or downloading the Support Service, or from transmissions via emails or attachments received from First Touch or its licensees;
the availability, quality, content or nature of the other sites on the internet that are owned and operated by third parties ("External Sites") to which the Support Service links and web sites located on or through any External Site, nor for any transactions involving External Sites (including as to 'cookies', personal data, confidential information, or purchases of domain names or other services). Where the Support Service contains links to External Sites, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them. We have no control over the contents of External Sites. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those External Sites if you have any concerns regarding such links, web site or transactions;
all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms which but for this notice would have effect.
First Touch does not warrant that the operation of the Support Service will be uninterrupted or error free or that any error or interruption can or will be corrected.
First Touch cannot guarantee that the Support Service or a particular part of the Support Service or User Content will always be available.
These terms shall not limit any rights you might have as a consumer that may not be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by the local law applicable in the country in which you obtain or use the Support Service, these Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
First Touch reserves the right to update these terms from time to time by posting the updated version at:
First Touch may do so because of changes in the products or services offered, for technical or legal reasons, or because the needs of the business have changed. You agree that if you do not accept any amendment to our terms then you shall immediately stop accessing and/or using the Support Service.
