You can change your Captain’s appearance by tapping on the squad icon, then tapping your Captain (the player with a yellow name header) to see more details. Then tap on the “CUSTOMISE” button to change their appearance and player type. From here you have several options, including adjustments on hair colour, facial hair, name, player type, and even more.
