Tap on a Package to start unlocking it. You can then wait for the Package to unlock (different Packages take different amounts of time to unlock), or pay an amount of Gems to unlock it instantly.
Some packages can also be sped up by watching videos, so keep an eye out for the 'Watch Video' button on your packages which are locked.
