I keep getting an error message when I try and download the app from the Google Play Store, how do I fix it?

If you are seeing an error when trying to download one of our apps from the Google Play Store, it is worth trying the possible solutions supplied by Google.

• First solution: Install app through Google Play Store website
• Second solution: Disable Wi-Fi and download or update the app using mobile network data
• Third solution: Go to Settings > Apps > All > Google Play Store and select Clear cache and Clear data
• Fourth solution: Remove your Google account, restart your device, re-add your Google account and try again.
