If you find that you have made a purchase in one of our apps, but for some reason the purchase has not appeared on your device, then do not worry.
Firstly, make sure that the payment was processed successfully - if you are on iOS, the item will say "Charged" in your purchase history // if you are on Android, it will say "Charged", however if it says "Cancelled" or "Payment Declined" it was not processed.
Secondly, if it was charged successfully, please try the following:
- Restart the device with a strong internet connection
- Re-enter our game
- Click to enter the Shop - this should cause the item to validate and be added
