Is my device compatible with the app?

For the iOS platform, our apps are compatible with most devices, but it's best to check on the App Store to see the minimum OS version which varies across our different apps.

For the Android platform, our apps are currently compatible with over 3,000 Android devices; its availability is however restricted by device hardware limitations, carrier restrictions and territory legislation. In addition, the minimum Android OS version will vary depending on the app, so it's worth checking the Google Play Store.
